(((empty…)))
(first title that came to mind, and the irony of the word ‘empty’ taking up space)
cannot all that can truly be said about experie-nce be essentially the noticing of thoughts and sensations?
notice what happens when attem-pting to answer that?((…)) is any of it not essentially thought (and/)or sensation? all the thoughts and sensations associated with like space, time, person, place, thing…
noticing what is happen-ing…
thought?
feeling?
both?
can it be describe-d?
even noticing itself becomes ((is)) a thought…
and what remains is…
thoughts, sensations, perceptions — phenomena…
breathe. notice. rest in awareness…
(thoughts in the background…)
open, aware, present… (flush(ed?) in the center of the face; recalling a ((sense of a)) central spherical pulsing sensation in front of and throughout the base of the spine while stretching…)(…) whatever is happening… nothing excluded… (even if not everything can be written, like, you’re not getting all however many different possibilities seem to arise spontaneously sometimes as to how to continue and at best there’s no selection but more of a “which ever one comes out” approach)… here/now/this…
(had to go find where i left off (laugh)((😂)))
being is enough…
… an unconditional yes to experiencing it/at all…
(love you.)
((all that i am experiencing (as in all that can act-ually be directly experienced) is my self, and this apparent body (interpretation of sensations) in this apparent world/universe (interpretation of sensations and thoughts), so what is (or who if preferred) is being experienced, or where is noticing coming from if the body and world are being noticed?
a body noticing itself among everything else, perhaps?
a pretty extraordinary evolution of a (single?) universe (if you ask (me?)?)…))
(((more thoughts being noticed…
(love you))))
