(((py…)))

vision slowly but gradually receding(sp?) toward physical blindness; a long way off, maybe never, but that’s the direction.
how might vision’s absence awaken other senses? or do all slowly diminish as attachment to the body fades?
let go of sensations…
not don’t feel them…
just maybe don’t try so hard sometimes to hold on to them if you just happen to think about or remember so sometimes; to just allow things to move through whenever consciously possible with no specific goal, frequency, schedule, plan, or commitment — just whenever it comes up until it becomes com-mon, forgotten, or both.
if one is, maybe that is what one can do — simply allow(ing) the flow of all movement…
(and maybe occasionally questioning who or what is “allowing”)

((but again, only if it seems/feels right))

(((individualized yoga idea)))

thoughts, sensations, perceptions — phenomena…
(not sure how to explain but cycling through like “move something in a direction that feel right and simply search for a stretch, any stretch ((—)) maybe whatever you feel first, or maybe you already have a spot in mind ((—)) and simply stretch into it — not for pain but not shying away from maybe just a little discomfort either…
what’s the range? can other directions be traveled? what happens if/when a slow deep breath is taken? what does the area (the stretch) actually feel like? what area does it cover ((or what space does it inhabit))? what does it feel connected to, if anything? what might be the relationship, if any, between physical and mental flexibility? what might be “unlocked”, if anything, via increased con-scious body awareness?)

breathe. notice, rest in awareness…
<<bathroom break…>>

((maybe call it “personalized yoga”… then it could just be “py”))
(not a suggest-ion so much as “something i’m trying that seems to be subjectively helpful/healthy)

open, aware, present… whatever is happening… nothing excluded… (attention drawn to Liz’s machine/snoring combo)… here/now/this…

being is enough…
(and still wanting to ask a thought arising like “is it though?”)

… an unconditional yes to experiencing it/at all…
<no tea or coffee today…>
