(((say anything…)))

thoughts. running out of things to say (or perhaps good reasons to say them (anything?). incessant chatter. meaningless stories about meanings of meaningless stories. is meaning a prerequisite(sp?)? what does that even mean, really? and what about this? what’s the difference between what is meant and what is tho-ught to be meant? narrow? vast? knowable? which is true? intention? perception? what does anything even actually really mean? what is anything’s purpose without meaning? what is the meaning of meaning and/or purpose? are they not as manufactured as any other words? what’s the meaning of this? why (do “i” want to) say anything at all?

thoughts, sensations, (Sherri: “i’m busy!”) perceptions — phenomena…

breathe… <deep breaths…>
notice…
rest in awareness… (telling stories seems almost reflexive, ass-uming thoughts about intentions indicate actual intentions. do i even really know with certainty what is meant by any of this? how many actual word definitions do i know and how many definition((s)) have been implied via repeated observation of the use of the associated words? if a definition is believed to be known, how many words in such a definition do i know are actually known vs. sim-ply believed to be understood (at least well enough to (presumably) grasp said definition)?)

open, aware, present… whatever is happening… (“rabbit hole”) nothing excluded… (even meaningless words/symbols/sounds) here/now/ this…

<closing windows before it gets warmer outside…>

being is enough… (sure, why not… as valid a perspect-ive/experience as any other)

… an unconditional yes to experiencing it/at all…

(what is(?(?))…)
