maybe if just by recognizing that it exists between the body and other objects…
that space is no different than any other space around anything else;
this space is no different than “outer” space with the exception of some different arrangements and concentrations of molecules, but that never actually separates “atmosphere” from “space”;
we are all staring into “outer space” right now…

everything that is experienced directly (this entire universe) may be but an atom of a molecule of a compound of a structure of an organelle of a cell of a tissue of system of an infinite…

like the microbes under our feet, we may barely exist in reference to a larger whole, but our existence makes so much possible…

breathing…
noticing…
being…

open, aware, present…
whatever is…
nothing excluded…
here…
now…
this…
